Dover COVID-19 vaccines for children ages 5-11 The Dover School District and Dover Fire are collaborating to offer the Pfizer COVID vaccine for children ages 5-11.Dover Schools and Dover Fire would like to know your needs and preferences for vaccinations - we are currently planning for the week of November 15th. THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY 3 PM ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 9.
Safer at School Screening (SASS) Program Survey The survey is design to gather information on who would like to participate in the SASS Program and based on interest, the District will determine if they will continue with the process with ConvenientMD.
